Home Shoot Photo Packages, Options and Locations
Our standard and premium photography packages include professional surface-level photos of both the exterior and interior of your property as well as selected detail shots. Unless otherwise noted as included in the package, these services cover still photos only and do not include aerial, 3D/360° tours, floor plans or videos. Standard home photo packages include basic edits, with additional edits available for an additional $10/image. Premium home photo packages include hand-blended images and premium edits along with up to three (original + two additional) custom edits on request.
Package and optional add-on pricing is based on a single-family residence up to 4,000 sq. ft. located in the SLC Valley area. Contact us for more information on pricing for larger properties, properties outside SLC, or any commercial, industrial, retail properties or construction sites.
Standard turn-around time for still photos are 24-48 hours, with all other services ready in approximately 1-2 business days. Optional rush delivery is available for still photos. Ask about rush delivery and pricing for other digital / online products as availability may vary.
Online Booking, Payment, Taxes and On-Site Contacts
No payment is necessary when booking online. If you choose to have a card on file, it will be charged when all assets are available online and all final deliverables will be made available for download or use immediately once payment processes.
Without a card on file, the total amount will be invoiced when proof images are ready and all deliverables due have been processed and are generally available in our systems. Downloads and live links to assets will be available once payment has been submitted and marked as received.
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple and Google Pay for all in-person and online payments. Utah state tax is added to all packages and services that result in digital or physical deliverables such as photos, videos, virtual tours, and floor plans.
For on-location shoots, a contact name and phone number must be provided if different from the client booking information on the appointment form. Shoots cannot be done without a designated contact available on-site at the scheduled shoot time. A no-show or cancellation fee will be charged if a contact is not available at the start time of your shoot.
