Everything you need for premium home or property marketing for homes up to 4,000 sq. ft. This package includes 25-50 finished images including all HDR (high dynamic range) and blue-sky replacements, along with 5-10 aerial/drone photos to show views and/or surroundings, as well as a fully hosted Matterport™ interactive 360° tour with schematic floor plan.
Please note this package may require 4-6 hours and/or two separate sessions to complete depending on the size of the property and other factors such as weather for aerial photography.

Other Home Shoot Photo Packages, Options and Locations
Our standard and premium photography packages include professional surface-level photos of both the exterior and interior of your property as well as selected detail shots. Unless otherwise noted as included in the package, these services cover still photos only and do not include aerial, 360° tours, floor plans or videos.
Contact us for more information for larger properties (greater than 4,000 sq. ft) or for other property types including multi-unit, commercial and retail spaces and locations outside of the Salt Lake valley area.

Aerial photography
Add 5-10 aerial drone shots of the property, immediate surroundings or views. $249.
Video Walkthrough
Add a one- to two-minute video walking through the home or building interior to see how the layout works and how spaces are connected. $269
Exterior Twilight Shoot
Add a scheduled twilight shoot for the exteriors of any home or building to show a unique and inviting view of the property after sunset. This is a real scheduled shoot at your location, and not a virtual image. $259
360° Virtual Tours
Add a Matterport™ virtual tour of your property with high-resolution 360-degree views throughout. These are hosted tours viewable in a browser with a publicly accessible link.

Rush / Next Business Morning Delivery
Add rush processing and delivery of your online digital photos to next business morning by 8am. This is for photos only and does not cover virtual tours or floor plans. $49
Please note: when adding services to an existing booking, we'll do our best to accommodate any services added after it's accepted. We'll let you know if there's a need to reschedule your appointment if the time needed for additional services conflict with other bookings.
Online Booking, Payment and On-Site Contacts
No payment is necessary when booking online (the booking system will show only the total due at your shoot appointment). You may either pay at the end of your photo shoot, or choose to be invoiced when proof images are ready and available online.
Final images will be available for download once payment is complete. We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple and Google Pay.
For on-location shoots, a contact name and phone number must be provided if different from the client booking information on the appointment form. Shoots cannot be done without a designated contact available on-site at the scheduled shoot time. A no-show or cancellation fee may be charged if a contact is not available at the start time of your shoot.
